Fees & Policies

Please complete one of the forms below to secure your child’s placement.

Registration Fee: A one-time $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registering to confirm your child’s spot.

Monthly Fees: Monthly fees are required via pre-authorized debit on the first of each month. A PAD form, along with our welcome package, will be emailed to you once your registration fee has been paid.

Waitlist Fee: Due to the current high demand of child care, a fee of $20 will be required to join our waitlist.

Withdrawal Policy: One full calendar month’s notice is required for withdrawal. Written notice must be provided before the first of the month prior to leaving. For example, if you are leaving on December 10th, notice must be given before November 1st otherwise your December fees will still be due.

Meals & Snacks: Meals and snacks are not provided. Parents are required to send a hearty lunch and snacks daily. We will provide emergency snacks in the event that a child has run out of food.

Affordability Grant: Little Steps is a participating provider in the Alberta Government’s Affordability Grant Program, offering reduced fees of $15 per day for children from infancy to kindergarten age. No application is required. The flat monthly parent fee for children up to kindergarten age is $326.25. For more information, click HERE.

Subsidy: The Affordability Grant does not apply to children in Grades 1–6. Families with school-aged children may still be eligible for subsidy if their household income is under $90,000 annually. Registration Forms

Please complete the registration form below for the school your child attends. Application forms must be filled out in their entirety. Once your forms have been submitted, a member of the Little Steps team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your child’s placement.
