Overview
Little Steps – Riverbend is located in the Riverbend Shopping Centre in SE Calgary, conveniently situated near major roadways including Glenmore Trail, Barlow Trail, and Deerfoot Trail.
This centre offers 34 childcare spaces for children ages 19 months to Kindergarten. Our modern, light-filled space features large windows and open classrooms thoughtfully set up with developmentally appropriate materials that invite curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration.
Children also enjoy our attached outdoor play area, surrounded by neighbourhood parks and pathways, giving us plenty of opportunities to get outside, explore, and stay connected to the community around us.

Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm
Closed statutory holidays and one week over Christmas.
Program Fees
Registration Fee
$50 non-refundable
Due at time of registration to confirm placement
Little Steps is part of the Alberta Government’s Affordability Grant Program.
As of April 1st, 2025, all parent fees for this program will be $326.25 per month, equivalent to $15 per day.
