Fees & policies
Registration fee
A one-time $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registering to confirm your child’s spot.
Monthly fees
Monthly fees are paid by pre-authorized debit on the first of each month. A PAD form, along with our welcome package, will be emailed to you once your registration fee has been paid.
Withdrawal policy
We require 45 days’ written notice for withdrawal. For example, if you are leaving on December 1st, notice must be given on or before October 16th, otherwise your December fees will still be due.
Waitlist fee
Due to the current high demand for child care, a fee of $20 is required to join our waitlist.
Meals & snacks
Meals and snacks are not provided. Parents are required to send a hearty lunch and snacks daily. A fridge, microwave and toaster are available, and program staff are happy to help heat up lunches if needed. We will provide emergency snacks in the event that a child has run out of food.
Affordability Grant
Little Steps is a participating provider in the Alberta Government’s Affordability Grant Program, offering reduced fees of $15 per day for children from 12 months to kindergarten age. No application is required. The flat monthly parent fee for children up to kindergarten age is $326.25. For more information, click here.

Please complete the registration form for your preferred location using the links below. Application forms must be filled out in their entirety. Once your forms have been submitted, a member of the Little Steps team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your child’s placement.
