What we collect
Through this website we collect the information you submit in our tour request and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, and anything you choose to tell us in the message field.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a tour, and follow up about enrolment. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
When you send a tour request or contact form, it is delivered by email to the centre you choose. The form is processed by our website host, Microsoft Azure, and sent through Google Gmail; both handle it only to deliver the message to us.
Analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies of our own. Two things on this site are loaded from Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy: the web fonts, and the maps embedded on our centre pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted once they are no longer live. Enrolment records are kept for as long as Alberta child care licensing requires.
Your rights
Under PIPA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact ls.carringtonchildcare@gmail.com.
Children's information
Information about enrolled children is collected and retained under Alberta childcare licensing requirements and is covered by our Family Handbook, not this website policy.
